Saturday night, May 8th Jason was involved in a horrible boat crash. Jason arrived in Florida on Friday night to start a job with long time friend Jason Williams. Jason Williams was driving the boat and another fellow was along with the two of them. All three were critically injured. Both Jason's were airlifted out of the accident scene. Our Jason had stopped breathing at the scene and a breathing tube was put in on sight.

Jason has massive head injuries and went through two surgeries on Saturday night. Things did not look good. At one point we were told that they did not expect him to make it. Lynzi flew down to Fort Myers,Fl on Sunday morning with her friend Coleen. As of Sunday night Jason's condition has improved some but is still in very critical condition.

From the Fort Myers News:
The three men injured Saturday evening when their boat crashed into a Cape Coral seawall remained hospitalized Sunday night in critical condition.
According to Lt. Gary Morse, spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the driver of the boat was Jason Benhard Williams, 36, of Cape Coral.
The two passengers aboard were Eric Terpsma, 32, of Cape Coral and Jason Baldner, 35, of Onalaska, Wis.
Morse said besides excessive speed, there was evidence of alcohol use aboard the 37-foot boat, which crashed into the seawall at the end of Coral Point Drive and landed in a vacant lot around 7:23 p.m. Saturday.
