| We worked the run from noon to five. We were pointers and course control. We also worked the finish from nine to midnight as chip removal. This is are view of the capital as we worked the run on the corner of State street. |

| Our friend Hillary Biscay at work. She is a pro triathlete and won the race in 2008. She didn't have the best race today. She told Ramona that if I ever finish this race she will come back and give me my medal. |
